With over 25 years of experience in Malaysia’s property sector, Eric has held leadership roles with five listed property developers, building extensive expertise across development, marketing, sales and project management.
He has advised clients on integrated developments, luxury residences, landed homes, and commercial and industrial properties, with a strong focus on long-term value and sound investment planning.
Today, Eric supports international families and investors with property advisory, asset planning and MM2H consultation, providing practical solutions tailored to their relocation and lifestyle goals.
Known for his professionalism, market insight and client-first approach, he is committed to helping clients build a secure and rewarding future in Malaysia.

Jane brings over 20 years of experience in international operations, overseas market development and cross-border business integration. She holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Oxford Brookes University, and a Marketing qualification from Singapore Polytechnic.
Having worked across China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia, Jane has developed deep expertise in international business, regional market expansion and cross-cultural communication. Her career includes leadership roles with global organisations such as PCCW and Singtel, where she supported business development across Asia-Pacific markets.
Today, Jane advises entrepreneurs and international families on business expansion into Malaysia, company setup, market entry, MM2H planning and international education. She combines global perspective with local insight to deliver practical, well-structured solutions tailored to each client’s long-term goals.
